Effective August 5, 2026. What using this site means, and — just as importantly — what it doesn't mean. Actual project work is never governed by this page alone.
What’s covered below
1. Overview
These terms govern your use of shaukinsv.com. By browsing this site, submitting the Contact form, or requesting a consultation through the Book Consultation form, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, the only request is that you don’t use the site — nothing here requires you to accept anything beyond ordinary, read-only browsing.
2. Use of This Site
This site is provided for you to learn about the services on offer and to get in touch. You agree not to attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to any part of it, including the forms and the database behind them.
Everything on this site — copy, layout, code, and design — is provided for your own reading and evaluation, not for reuse. See “Intellectual Property” below for what that means in practice.
3. Intellectual Property
The site’s design, layout, copy, and underlying code belong to Shaukin S.V. Nothing on this site grants you a license to copy, republish, or reuse any of it — text, structure, or otherwise — for your own site or materials.
Work delivered as part of a paid engagement is covered by that engagement’s own agreement, not by this page — see “Engagements Are Governed Separately” below.
4. Contact & Booking Submissions
Submitting the Contact form or the Book Consultation form is a request, not a contract. It asks me to respond — by email, typically within one business day — and nothing more. Requesting a consultation time doesn’t create a booking on its own; every requested time is manually confirmed (or an alternative proposed) before it’s treated as scheduled.
What happens to the information in either submission is covered by the Privacy Policy, not by this page.
5. Engagements Are Governed Separately
These terms cover the website only — visiting it, using its forms, reading its content. They do not cover the terms of any actual paid engagement. If a project moves forward, its scope, price, timeline, and deliverables are set out in a separate, engagement-specific agreement, agreed directly with you before any work starts. That agreement — not this page — governs the work itself.
Pricing shown on this site (the Pricing page and each service’s own pricing snapshot) is indicative, meant to set expectations before a scoping call — it is not a binding quote for any specific project.
6. No Warranty
This site is provided as-is. I’ve built it to be fast, accessible, and accurate, but I don’t guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted — the same modest, honest standard I’d apply to any site, including my own.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Shaukin S.V. isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this site itself — browsing it, submitting a form, or relying on its general content. This limitation doesn’t extend to a separate, signed engagement agreement, which sets out its own terms for the actual work delivered.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, consistent with where this practice is based and where the site’s data is handled (see the Privacy Policy).
9. Changes To These Terms
If these terms change, this page will be updated and the effective date above revised. Changes apply to use of the site going forward — they don’t retroactively alter an engagement agreement already signed under an earlier version.
