Workflow Automation
The repetitive steps between the tools you already use, connected and running themselves.
Exactly what you get, no vague deliverables.
What’s included
Mapping of current manual steps across your team's daily tools
Automated triggers connecting email, spreadsheets, and business apps
Elimination of duplicate data entry between disconnected systems
Approval and notification chains that run without manual chasing
A monitoring setup so failed automations get flagged, not lost
Three starting points — scoped precisely after a call.
Every engagement gets a fixed quote before work starts. These are starting figures, not the full range — the exact number depends on scope.

The same four steps, applied to this service.
Discover
Working sessions to map the product, the users, and the business constraints — scope, architecture, and success metrics defined before a line of code ships.
Architect
System design, stack decisions, and UI/UX direction locked in as one coherent plan — not a patchwork stitched together across separate vendors.
Build
Full-stack implementation in short, visible iterations — progress you can see and test throughout, not a black box until launch day.
Ship & partner
Launch, then an ongoing partnership: monitoring, iteration, and roadmap support as the product — and the business around it — keeps moving.

Simple automations connecting two or three tools — like form submissions to a spreadsheet to a notification — can be live within a week. Multi-step workflows spanning several departments and systems typically take 3-5 weeks once mapping and testing are included.
I work with whatever your team already runs — Zapier, Make, n8n, or direct API integrations — rather than forcing you onto a new platform. For anything mission-critical, I lean toward direct integrations over no-code tools because they're more reliable at scale.
You get a flat project quote based on the number of workflows and systems involved, decided after I've mapped your current process. There's no per-automation subscription markup — you own the workflows once they're built, and ongoing tool subscription costs are billed directly by the platform you're using, not through me.
Every workflow includes error logging and a defined fallback — typically a notification to a human plus a record of exactly where the process stopped, so nothing silently disappears. I test failure scenarios deliberately during build, not just the happy path, before anything goes into production.
